Q:  Is Real Estate Career Training (RECT) an Approved Provider of Real Estate Education Through the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC)?

A:  Yes.  RECT is approved to teach Salesperson Annual Education (SAE) courses as TREC Provider 0511.  RECT is approved to teach Mandatory Continuing Education (MCE) courses as TREC Provider 0315.

 

Q.: Who are the instructors for RECT?

A:  The majority of CENTURY 21 Judge Fite’s Leadership Team has been certified to teach both SAE and MCE courses.  We hold our instructors to a very high standard and every class is reviewed to ensure only the highest quality education is being provided.

 

Q:  What is the cost of MCE course for CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Real Estate Professionals?

A:  CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company covers the cost of all MCE courses taught by RECT for their Real Estate Professionals.

 

Q:  What is the cost of MCE courses for non-CENTURY 21 Judge Fite licensees?

A:  RECT constantly reviews course costs throughout North Texas and adjusts their prices as necessary.  Currently, MCE is provided at $10.00 an hour, with some offerings made at a flat fee of $25.00 per course.

 

Q:  What courses does RECT offer for MCE?

A:  A few of the courses offered by RECT are:  Listing Presentations, Buyer Need Determination, Successfully Converting Inter-Net Leads, Successfully Selling HUD Homes, Contracts, Using Technology to Increase Real Estate Earnings, TREC Legal MCE Update and TREC Ethics Update.  RECT is continually updating their course offerings to ensure relevant courses are offered to licensees to not only satisfy the TREC MCE requirements but to increase the overall professionalism and ability of real estate licensees.

 

Q:  Does RECT offer Pre-Licensing Courses?

A:  No, while approved by TREC to offer pre-licensing courses, at the present time RECT does not offer Pre-Licensing courses.  RECT has offered these courses in the past and may do so again under an alternative format in the future.

 

Q:  How do I register to attend a course offered by RECT?

A:  By going to the Training Tab on www.c21jf.us and clicking on MCE Schedule.  From there you can choose the course you want to register for and click on the registration link.  You will pay for the class at the time of registration.
