At CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company, we are committed to providing our real estate professionals with the best quality training and development programs in the industry.  These programs are designed to help every level of real estate professional develop their careers to a higher level of proficiency, production, and prosperity.  Some of our development programs are:

Steps for Success:  This very successful program is designed to assist the new real estate professional with a career “jump-start”.  If you are a “seasoned” real estate professional, you are still welcome to attend the entire nine-module program, or simply attend the modules you feel will best assist your professional development.  Several of these modules are also approved for CE (Continuing Education) credit and are offered FREE to Judge Fite real estate professionals. The modules are:

Module 1:  Prospecting – For Sale by Owners, Expired Listings, Just Listing, Just Sold and role playing and script practice.

Module 2:  Technology – Introduction to using technology to increase your earnings as a real estate professional.  Just a few of the topics covered are Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, e-Newsletter, e-Greetings and many more.

Module 3:  Listing Presentations – An in-depth review of how to obtain listings from the initial phone call all the way through servicing your client after the closing and everything in-between.  This module is also approved for CE.

Module 4:  CMAs, Net sheets, BPOs and iLeads – An in-depth review of how to follow-up and work with customers who come to a real estate professional through the internet.  Real estate professionals will also be shown how to perform comparative market analysis, broker price opinions, seller net sheets and much more.  

Module 5:  Buyer Prospecting, Buyer Need Determination and Phone Techniques – This module covers how to prospect for buyers, perform a buyer need determination and how to use the telephone to close the deal.  This module is also approved for CE.

Module 6:  Handling Objections – This module is an in-depth review of techniques used to handle buyer and seller objections.  This session includes plenty of role play for the real estate professional. This module is also approved for CE.

Module 7:  Contracts – This module takes what you learned when you received your license and expands on it to show you how to complete contracts of all types in real world situations.  This module is approved for CE.

Module 8:  One-Time Leases, Property Management, Investing and Financing – This module covers the steps necessary to protect your clients when helping them lease a property, and  it discusses real estate investing.  The afternoon covers the different type of mortgage programs available from FHA, Conventional to VA and the many other programs available.

Module 9: Real Estate Professionalism, Code of Ethics, Quality Service and Business Planning – This module covers the Code of Ethics, real estate professionalism and customer service.  The afternoon session covers how to create a business plan for a real estate professional.  

Listing Presentations:  This 5-hour session is taught several times a year and has been approved for CE.  The session teaches real estate professionals how to handle the initial contact, prepare for the Listing Appointment, conduct the actual appointment and presentation, prepare the necessary marketing agreements, follow-up during the listing and follow-up with the client after the successful closing.

Successfully Selling HUD Homes:  This 2-hour presentation shows real estate professionals how to properly identify HUD Homes, complete the necessary government forms, place the electronic bid, and handle the details from showing to closing.  

Successfully Converting Internet Leads:  This 2-hour session is taught several times a year and is designed to help the real estate professional successfully convert internet leads.  

TREC Legal Update I & II:  This 8-hour course is taught monthly and fulfills the license renewal requirement for all licensees.  Our real estate professionals are fortunate to have Jan Fite Miller, Executive Vice President of CENTURY 21 Judge Fite as the primary instructor for this course.  This class has been approved for CE.

Buyer Need Determination:  This 5-hour course is taught several times a year and is designed to assist real estate professionals in conducting Need Determination interviews with their clients.  This class has been approved for CE.

In-Office Training:  All of our regional real estate sales offices conduct weekly sales training designed to assist their real estate professional take their career to the next level.  These classes are open to all members of CENTURY 21 Judge Fite company.

Online Video Training:  Recognizing the various ways real estate professionals learn, CENTURY 21 Judge Fite uses the most current technology to produce a multitude of short videos in varying formats to allow our professionals to get information on topics important to them when they have time to review the information.

Coaching:  In addition to the above formal classes and much more, CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company offers its real estate professionals regular in-office coaching.  The coaching sessions are modeled after some of the top coaches in our industry and are designed to assist the real estate professional in reaching the next level and beyond.  Your Regional Sales Manager will develop a program designed upon your individual needs and desires.
