New Managers in Waxahachie and Ennis Announced; Celebrating Bill Stivers’ Retirement

WAXAHACHIE, TEXAS AND ENNIS, TEXAS – CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company celebrates the retirement of Bill Stivers as regional sales manager of the Ennis office and the Waxahachie office. Additionally, the company announces Kent Bush as regional sales manager and DeAnne Fite as assistant manager of the Waxahachie and Midlothian Regional Offices, as well as Jacob Benson as regional sales manager of the Ennis Regional Office.

During his time at CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company, Stivers paved a future of continuous success for Ellis County. Eric Fite, chief operations officer at CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company, highlights Stivers’ impact on the company’s growth; “Our future leadership in Ellis County is poised to build on the great work that Stivers has done to make the company a powerhouse in the local real estate market,” E. Fite said. “As this team continues to elevate the experience for our clients and real estate professionals, our mission to serve the community and develop people will be a success.”

Jim Fite, president and CEO of CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company, acknowledges Stivers for the diligence and care he exercised as a regional sales manager; “Bill Stivers is an amazingly knowledgeable real estate professional,” J. Fite said. “As he continues his career helping people sell and purchase real estate, Bill will serve his clients with the utmost care.”

While Stivers will be focusing on a career as a real estate professional, the offices in which he managed will be in great hands. Kent Bush and DeAnne Fite are looking forward to working together in the Waxahachie and Midlothian Regional Offices, as D. Fite states they are “so excited for the opportunity to help real estate professionals list and sell more real estate, serve the community and have fun doing it!”

Fite is a third generation of Fites to enter the family-owned real estate business. As a high-performing real estate professional, D. Fite has been awarded with the President’s Award, the Quality Service Pinnacle Award and the Centurion Award for Production. Her “clients first” philosophy and drive to help others has prepared her for success in her new role as assistant regional manager to assist Kent Bush, regional sales manager. Bush, who will continue managing the Midlothian office will now manage the Waxahachie office. Bush describes this new shift with a very positive outlook. “There are times when great things happen,” Bush said. “I believe that the opportunity DeAnne and I have now to work with the greatest real estate agents in Texas will be the highlight of our careers. I am looking forward to our future together.”

Jacob Benson comes into his role of regional sales manager for Ennis from previously selling real estate and working at Cardinal Financial as a mortgage loan originator. Benson began his career with Judge Fite Company 10 years ago as director of business development at Judge Fite Property Management, thus bringing strong leadership experience into his new management role at the Ennis office.

With these promotions, Jim Fite is confident for what lies ahead in the future. “As our Ellis County office continues to grow, our proven leadership will continue to serve our clients as we have for over 80 years,” J. Fite said. “Kent, DeAnne and Jacob are an all-star team of leaders that will live up to the core values that make our company strong!”
