Jennifer Grimes named Denton CENTURY 21® Judge Fite Company Regional Sales Manager

Grimes first joined the company in 2002 as a newly-licensed sales agent. She has held her license with CENTURY 21® Judge Fite Company continuously for over 15 years. For the past eight years, Grimes has been a dual-career agent, serving her referral clients while acting as the Training Specialist for a global cutting and welding manufacturer.Jennifer Grimes 2018web

Through her experience, Grimes brings extensive experience in coaching and sales training to this position. As a Training Specialist, she traveled the U.S. and Canada providing support for a network of Sales Distributors.

“I have called upon my sales experience countless times in the past eight years,” Grimes said. “My background in real estate provided me the skills to coach, negotiate and effectively communicate value proposition to our distributors and internal sales force.”

Grimes looks forward to combining her skills from both real estate and sales training and applying them to the Denton office and its team of real estate professionals. Grimes said the reason she was drawn to CENTURY 21® Judge Fite Company 15 years ago was because she believed in the company’s ability to bring a group of people together over a common goal and succeed.

Former Regional Sales Manager Susan Cooksey plans to transition from her 10-year management role to selling full time and continuing to build her successful referral business.
