Barbara Ratliff Named C21 Fine Homes & Estates Judge Fite Company Regional Sales Manager for Plano and Frisco Square

Since beginning her real estate career 16 years ago, Ratliff has shown success selling both residential and commercial properties at Ratliff Properties, Coldwell Banker, and CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company.  As a top producing agent, she was consistently praised for providing top block service working with Cartus relocation clients.BRatliff

Ratliff brings extensive leadership and business experience into her new role as regional sales manager. Prior to her achievements in the real estate industry, Ratliff also left an impact during her 20 years in the communications industry. She began her career as vice president of Richard Kidd Productions, bringing the company from a startup to achieving $3 million in annual revenue. The company was later acquired by Carbiner Communications where she served as vice president of operations and production services. Later the company was purchased by, Jack Morton Worldwide where she received her promotion to director of operations. By focusing on maintaining optimal employee performance and productivity, Ratliff’s direction contributed to the growth of the company from 13 to 50 employees. She managed all aspects of day-to-day operations, such as directly improving systems and training. Through the many changes and rapid growth of the companies, Ratliff showed tenacity in her leadership role and remained dedicated to train and manage employees.
